Buko pie now available in Jollibee

Buko pie is a special pasalubong you often only come across after a quick road trip down South. But starting today, the sweet treat has finally arrived at the menu of one of the Philippines’ biggest fast food chains, Jollibee, in all its Metro Manila and Luzon branches.

It will soon be available in the Visayas and Mindanao starting October 28, 2019.

The new Buko Pie is a handy pocket pie complete with chunky buko filling and delicious sweet custard enveloped in a crispy pie crust.

“We wanted to introduce a brand new but totally familiar local flavor to Jollibee’s selection of well-loved desserts and snacks,” explained Jollibee senior marketing manager for complementary products, Kay Segismundo. “There’s no better treat to offer at Jollibee than the delightfully tasty Buko Pie, and we’re glad to make it easily accessible to anyone who craves it,” she adds.

It is available for Php30 each, and Php89 for three pieces for dine-in, take-out, and delivery.
